These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a contract between you and KGM PLUMBING & HEATING LIMITED, trading as Kgmph(“we”, “us”), company no. 05807917, registered office 11 Fox Close, Okehampton, Devon, EX20 1ST, United Kingdom. By using kgmph.shop or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

About us & our products

We are an online retailer of consumer laundry and home organization products. We sell physical goods only. We do not provide plumbing, heating, installation, repair or any contracting services through this store, and product listings should not be read as offering such services.

Orders

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email.
• We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate, complete shipping address.

Pricing & payment

• All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD).
• Prices may change, but changes do not affect orders we have already confirmed.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe and PayPal. By paying you authorise the charge for your order total, including shipping and any applicable tax.
• Applicable sales taxes are shown at checkout where required.

Product information

We take care to describe products accurately, including materials and dimensions. Colours may vary slightly between screens. Any load or capacity figures are guidance for normal household use and assume correct assembly and, where relevant, correct wall fixing. We do not make medical, sanitising, fire-safety or certification claims for our products.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Always follow the assembly and care instructions supplied with each product.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers may also benefit from mandatory protections of the country in which they live.
